Service for materials testing tools
Anything is possible: We offer the entire service spectrum, via phone, at our production facility or on-site at your premises, depending on your needs and any technical limitations.
Repairing and maintaining damaged specimen grips
Our team will gladly come to you and repair your damaged grips directly on-site if it is technically possible. In case it is not possible, you can dismantle the grips yourself or let one of our experts take care of it for you. Then we will repair the grips at DEMGEN.
If we have them available, we can loan you grips to prevent you from experiencing production downtime.
We are also happy to advise and support you in all areas of Servicing. Especially for machines in inching mode, regular maintenance of parts such as the sealing and guiding elements can reduce the probability of downtime. If you have hydraulic hose connections, the exchange is required by law every five years.
If you have issues using your grips or determine a need to optimize your testing processes, we can assist you by phone or on-site.
